Wood therapy is a technique that uses specially designed wooden tools to target different areas of the body. It aims to sculpt and contour the silhouette while promoting blood and lymphatic circulation.
Benefits
- Stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation
- Supports lymphatic drainage and helps reduce puffiness
- Improves the appearance of cellulite
- Stimulates collagen production
- Improves skin elasticity
- Helps sculpt and define the silhouette
Products & Tools Used
Specialized wooden tools, such as grooved rollers and the Swedish cup, are used to target different areas of the body and provide a deeper, more focused treatment.
The treatment is performed using a massage oil, selected to allow the tools to glide comfortably over the skin.
After Your Treatment
To optimize the benefits of your treatment, we recommend:
💧 Stay Hydrated
Drink approximately 1–1.5 L of water after your treatment. Staying well hydrated helps support the body’s natural elimination processes.
🚶♀️ Stay Active
We recommend moving around after your treatment to encourage circulation and help maintain the benefits of the session.
For Optimal Results
Wood therapy is generally performed as a series of treatments. For consistent and progressive results, we typically recommend:
1–2 sessions per week for approximately 8–10 weeks, depending on your goals and your body’s individual needs.
Once your treatment plan is complete, maintenance sessions, approximately once a month, may be recommended to help maintain your results.
Please note: The frequency and number of sessions may vary from person to person.
