FAQ
1. How far in advance should I book my appointment?
Our availability varies according to the season. It is recommended to book in advance to guarantee a time slot, but it is sometimes possible to find availability at short notice, a few days before the desired date.
2. Is there a cancellation fee if I have to cancel my appointment less than 24 hours in advance?
We do not charge a cancellation fee. However, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance, if you need to cancel your appointment, so that we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
3. Will I receive an insurance receipt after my massage therapy appointment?
Yes. At the end of your massage therapy session, your therapist will provide you with an official receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider.
4. Can I put someone else’s name on the insurance receipt if they are not the person who received the treatment?
No, we can only write the name of the person who received the massage on the insurance receipt.
5. Can I bring my children to my appointment?
It is possible to bring your children to your appointment. However, please keep in mind that we want to maintain a calm and serene atmosphere in our waiting room, especially for guests undergoing relaxation treatments. We recommend that you evaluate your children’s behavior before making this decision.
6. If I buy a gift card for a specific treatment, can I use it for another treatment if I change my mind?
Yes, our gift cards can be used for any service, regardless of the treatment initially chosen. The available balance on the card is what matters.
7. What happens if I can’t find or lose my gift card?
If you lose your gift card, please don’t worry. The card number will be saved in your file. If the gift card is not registered under your name, it will be associated with the purchaser’s name. In this case, providing the buyer’s name will allow us to locate the gift card for you.
8. Can I leave a tip using a gift card?
Unfortunately, tips cannot be paid with a gift card. However, if you do not have cash, you will have the option to leave a tip using a credit or debit card.
9. Do gift cards have an expiration date?
No. Our gift cards do not have an expiration date and remain valid indefinitely, unless it was a gift card from the previous company named Spa Ilo, we cannot confirm validation of those cards.
10. Do you accept Wayspa cards?
Yes, we accept Wayspa cards. However, certain conditions apply: they can only be used to pay for services, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. For example, if you have a family discount or if we offer monthly promotions on services.

I’ve tried with others but no one is better than her! She will personalize the facial after looking at your skin.
She gives the best facial and hands massages!
i was kind of upset though with pricing. we got an estimate done saying hair and makeup for wedding party would be 130$ each. My sister paid the make up which was 65$ plus tax and when i went to pay my bill just for the hair it costed me over 90$ so both together was way over 130$ and the only thing that was done to my hair was a couple bobby pins to place it to the side and a few curls in the bottom. so i found that very expensive but the all over experience was great! the girl that done my sister hair (unfortunately i dont have her name) was fantastic!! if i ever get married i would want her!! a great since of style, funny, friendly and very professional.
